QUALITY CONTROL :- AllTech Metal Cast has its own inspection and quality control plan for all the components and has different stages of processes in production.
1. INCOMING MATERIAL INSPECATION :- All the raw material from different sources has to undergo inspection and testing as per inspection plan before material goes to the store. Raw material from approved steel plants is kept in the stockyard for 100 % examination as per customer’s requirement Mechanical properties are checked as per specifications.
2. FINAL INSPECATION:- All the casting parts inspections are carried out as per quality plans.
1) Visual Inspection: - For scale pit, unfeeling etc are kept separately and they are sorted out for rework or rejection.
2) Dimensional Inspection: - 100 % Critical dimensions are checked and recorded.
3) Layout: - Samples are taken out from each batch and dimensions are checked as per drawings before dispatch.
4) Packing and Dispatch: - Packing and dispatch of the material are as per customer requirement.
